Welcome to Sindhu Gold and Diamonds. By using our website or mobile application and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

We offer Gold, Diamond, Silver, Platinum, Gemstone, and Custom Jewellery, subject to availability. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in colour, weight, and design may occur due to craftsmanship and display settings.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We accept payments through:

• Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking

Orders will be dispatched only after the payment has been successfully credited to our bank account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned with the original invoice, packaging, and certificates.

Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

6. Certification

Eligible jewellery is supplied with the appropriate certification, including BIS Hallmark (HUID) for gold jewellery and IGI, GIG ,GIA certificates for applicable diamond jewellery.

7. Buyback & Exchange

Buyback and exchange are subject to our prevailing Buyback & Exchange Policy. Valuation will depend on current market rates, product condition, purity, and applicable deductions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or courier disruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kunnamkulam, Kerala.
